Tesoro Enters the 2026 NPR Tiny Desk Contest

We’re proud to share that Tesoro has officially entered the 2026 NPR Tiny Desk Contest.
This year, we submitted an original, unreleased composition titled “Para las Gitanas.”
Rooted in rumba rhythm and Latin-inspired movement, the piece captures the energy and spirit that define Tesoro — dynamic guitar interplay, layered percussion, and a deep respect for tradition carried forward through a modern lens.
As always, the performance was recorded live in a single take. No overdubs. No tracks. Just musicians in a room, responding to one another in real time.
The Tiny Desk platform celebrates authenticity, musicianship, and connection — values that have shaped this band since day one. To be part of that conversation is an honor in itself.
“Para las Gitanas” represents where we are creatively right now — confident in our roots, energized by evolution, and committed to delivering music that moves both the body and the spirit.
